Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

If a child was brought to the usa illegally and had a fake birth records and wanted to prove their guardien was not biogical kin to them and kidnapped them how would they go about that?

This questions seems to be not an immigration law question, but a criminal law question. Probably you should ask it to a criminal lawyer. I understand that the child is in the United States illegally and without any real documentation. As to the alleged kidnapping, she or he might want to contact police if she/he is alleging that a crime was committed.
