Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I am a U.S. citizen. I married a woman from Poland here in U.S. in 8/07 and she received conditional premanent residence. We petitioned for and removed the conditional portion about 6 months ago. We want to bring her family here to live and work, mother father brother sister and sister's husband. All are Polish Citizens. How do we go about doing this? Will it be easier if my wife has U.S. citizenship? When can she apply for that? I read somewhere that she can't apply until she is permanent resident for 3 years. Does that mean 3 years from time she had conditional status removed or does conditional status count in the 3 year requirement. In any scenario, what is approximate length of time to achieve this? Thank you in advance

Yes, your wife has to be a USA citizen in order to petition for her parents and siblings (with their families).

If married to a US citizen (yourself), she can become eligible for naturalization in 3 years after becoming a conditional resident.

For her parents, immigration can take about one year. However, her brother and sister and their families will have to wait more than 10 years in order to immigrate to USA.
