I'm an us citizen i met a Cuban woman who currently lives in Ecuador, we have plans on getting married, she also has a daugher from another marriage is there anyway she can get a visa to come to the US?

Yes, if you marry her abroad and petition for her and her daughter. When approved, they both can come to USA as permanent residents. (I assume that her daughter is a minor child and she has custody).
Another options would be to file a Fiancee visa petition, and when approved, both of them can come to USA on Fiancee visas. After marriage in USA, you will have to petition for both of them again with the USCIS, and they will apply for permanent residency (Green cards).

You may petition for her as a fiancee and marry her in the U.S. or marry her abroad and apply for her as a K-3 spouse.
