Citizenship status

I came here when I was 12, my dad was is a naturalized US citizen and my step is a born American when I came. I grew up here and served in the armed forces. I was told that I am entitle to Certifcate of Citizenship with the form N600. I am now grown.

No, you still need to go through the process of N-400. Assuming you're permanent resident and have met other requirements, you will need to file a certified N-426, N-400 and G-325B for your naturalization.
