Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My fiance its Dominican, we have been 2 years together and she has her tourist visa and everything...so I was wondering if we get marry here in US how its the procedure? and, Does she has to go back to her country after we get marry and wait for the papers, if so how long it will take? If she came to USA on a visa, you are a USA citizen, and you two get married, she might be able to obtain a green card (permanetn residency) through a process called "adjustment of status".
