Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I filed for my citixenship .I've had my green card for 3 years. Last year me and my husband where seperated for a few months and we filed our taxes seperate with 2 diffrent address and both filed as head of household. Will this affect me because they are asking for the past 3 years of income tax. Please advise.

There is no definite way to answer this question. It really depends on the adjudicator of your case. You may want to consider sending in a signed affidavit explaining the circumstances of your brief separation and send it in as an addendum with your tax returns.
