Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Good afternoon,
My "green card" expired in March of 2010 I didn't realized it until now. I need to travel to my native country (Colombia) asap. Can I file form I-90 in the US embassy in Colombia, will I have a problem coming back in the US. The reason for travel is bussiness.
Thank you in advance
Luis
