good morning i have a friend thats in jail for battery charges but on a immigrantion hold could u please tellme wat will happen to him

Unfortunately, unless he is a Citizen of the United States, the U.S Government will seek deportation. As such, once he leaves the Criminal Jail, he will be transferred to the Immigration jail, where an Immigration proceeding will begin.
