My husband and I right now in australia i got b1-b2 (tourist visa 10 year) 4 years ago we got right of asylum in america our case result was proved we were deserved green card. But we didn't applied and we didn't get travel document (it was emergies my mom died) or someting we went to back to our country after greving Our life endup to australia. Now my question is when we come to america do we have case to continue? Or anything we can to stay in america.

No, I am afraid that you don't have an asylum case to continue. You will have to reapply again, and considering that you went back to the country of claimed persecution, and now are resettled in another safe country (Australia), I'd say that your chances are not that great.
