Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
Hi!
My question is that Iam an American citizen I allready apply a I 130 form for my husband but he has a C1D (crew visa)My question is if this tipe of visa changes anything or is like the regular turist visa.Thank you.

Unfortunately, this visa is nothing like a tourist visa. Your husband will not be allowed to adjust status (apply for a green card). He will have to go back to his home country to apply for a visa, which will trigger inadmissibility problems. You should consult a lawyer before starting his immigration process.
