Can my husband apply for a green card?

We bin married for a year and two months and we have two kids.He entered in the US may of 2004 at age 16.Has a clean backround and never commitided a crime or felony.

If he entered on a visa, yes, he might apply for a green card through adjustment of status. If he came to USA illegally in 2004, unfortunately, he will be required to go back to his country to apply for a visa. There is always a risk of being denied.
