Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My husband is filing for his N400. I was married once and the N400 is asking for my marriage date and I only have the dissolution of marriage date. I have no marriage certificate or anything from that. What date do I put down for a marriage. The prior marriage took place in a forgien country and was never filed in the US until I filed for divorce.

If you obtained divorce in the USA, you should be able to get a certified copy of the divorce decree from the court where your divorce was granted.
