Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My husband and I came to US in H1B status.. I worked in H1B status for 4 1/2 years and filed I-485 as his dependent. Then I worked in EAD for 3 years. But, we dicided to get divorced before the I-485 was approved and I changed my status to H1B. We got divorced and 4 days later, my I-485 was approved.. Since that Green Card could be revoked any time, my company started my GC process.. But my I-140 was revoked since I am a permanent resident. My Lawyer very clearly mensioned in the I-140 petition that, I am Permanent Resident but that status is not valis as my relationship ended before the I-485 approval time and requested for a revokation of my GC. Now, after denying my I-140 petition, and after 1 year, I received a letter from INS that they are going to revoke my GC. Now, I would like to know options to stay back in US.

I understand that you already have a legal repreesntation. You shall talk to your company's lawyer, and possibly restart the process with filing of a new I-140 after your Green Card is revoked, as it's clear that your I-485 was approved erroneously after divorce.
