Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

my husband is a legal permanent resident since 1988. He is currently in FBOP in Louisianna and is up for removal. Charges are 2Posession of firearms and the last charge of Possesion of a firearm by a convicted felon.I would like to know if one can get a bond in such circumstances as his. He only had the guns for protection because he has been robbed in the past.

No, he can't get out on bond. It also looks like he will be deported, and may never be able to return to USA (aggravated felony, firearms convictions, etc).

You may want to hire an attorney to at least advise you.
