Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
my I140 appeal is in the AAO from june .Now the case status says post decision activity,and also under it it say this case is sent to AAO for review . What they mean by that?

It means that the case is in the AAO pending appeal. Decision being "denial", and review being "appeal" in this case.
