Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
if I been here for all of my life sent I was almost 1 and I don't have papers to be here is there a way that I could get them. I need them so I could keep on going to school.

Unfortunately, no, if you were brought to USA illegally by your parents (I assume), and have no close relative (mother, father, wife) who had petitioned for you in the past. You are in the country illegally, and can be deported if apprehended by ICE.
There is a federal bill in Congress called DREAM Act, but it hadn't become a law yet. If this bill becomes a law in the future, then, yes, you might have a way to legalize your status.
