Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I lived in the U.S since I was 5. Worked and payed taxes for years. Got a high school diploma, No criminal history, even have a valid social security number that was given in 1989. I am 29. I left to my country of origin because of the horrible living situation I was in and have been living there for 1 year now. Is there any absolute possible way I can qualify for Obama's deferred action under humanitarian reasons that I left. I have read that "Brief and innocent absences undertaken for humanitarian purposes will not violate this requirement" in the USCIS website for requirements for the deferred action process. Any possible way I can fit around this. It would be a shame to waist all those years away having lived in the u.s my whole life and I'm practically American except on paper.

Are you living in the USA now or are you back in your home country.
You should consult an attorney about the specifics of your case.
