Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I want to make petitioned for my mother. My question is at the moment she get the resident or the approved, my little sisters can come with her?
1 Answer from Attorneys
No, your sisters will not come with your mother. You have to petition for your sisters separately, and the waiting time is longer in that visa category.
