Yes, it could be possible if you apply for a waiver after divorce and can prove a good faith marriage. Please keep in mind that it's more difficult to have a waiver petition approved as compared to a join petition filed by both husband and wife. You should consult an attorney and plan this process in advance, keeping in mind that the petition has to be filed either after divorce or within 90 days prior to expiration of your conditional green card.

Also keep in mind that if you do not file within 90 days of the 2 year anniversary of the approval of your conditional green card, the Immigration Service may issue a Notice To Appeal (NTA) before the Immigration Court.

You should consult an experience immigration attorney for more information. As a lawyer licensed in the State of Florida, I may also be able to discuss your concerns about seeking a divorce in Florida.

Sincerely,
