Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hello. I married my husband a little over 2 years ago in Florida. He is from Brazil and we had gone through the whole process of the interview with the USCIS and all the paperwork involved. The USCIS approved our marriage, but they deported him because he was working in America for so long without a SSN. I am in Brazil now living with him, but we would like to move back to America together. What can we do to make this possible? Is he banned for life?

It depends on the basis for his removal (deportation) and his criminal history in general.

You wrote: "but they deported him because he was working in America for so long without a SSN" -- this needs to be clarified. There should be a separate stated reason for removal.

If a waiver is available, sometimes it could be possible to immigrate to the USA after deportation.
