i want to marry an euodorian man who was deported from the usa. He now lives in ecador. I am a usa and canada citizen. I want to marry him. since he was deported from usa.can i marry him under the canadian citizenship. I am living in the usa.. do i bring him back to usa or to canada? I live and work in the usa.. he has a friend who lives in canada to help him and wait for me there.

If he has no criminal record and was deported from the USA, it will be more difficult for him to return to USA (even as a husband of a US citizen), rather than to Canada (where, I assume, he has no deportation record).
