The filing governmental fee (payable to the Department of Homeland Security) is $1,365.00. If you hire an attorney, there is also a legal fee paid to the lawyer.

It can take anywhere from 4 months to a year or even longer in complicated case.

I offer legal consultations and can assist in matters of the U.S. federal immigration law to clients from all 50 States and internationally. If youd like to schedule a confidential telephone or email legal consultation, need legal advice or help, please let me know and Id be glad to help you.

Contact email address: Attorney [@] law-visa-usa.com or LubaSmal [@] yahoo.com . Or you can TEXT a request for a consultation with an Attorney to 1-402-238-1238.

Note: The above response is provided for legal information purposes only and should not be considered a legal advice; it doesnt create an attorney-client relationship. If you would like to request a follow-up confidential advice on your specific situation and regarding U.S.A. immigration-related issues, we can offer a paid consultation by telephone or email to clients from all States and globally. Hi,

Since you initially entered the U.S. legally (even if your I-94 has now expired), and are now married to a U.S. citizen, the sponsorship paperwork can be filed and you can adjust status in the U.S. It will take between 2 and 3 months for you to be issued employment authorization document (or EAD), and another few months after that the marriage interview will be scheduled by the USCIS. At the conclusion of a successful marriage interview, you will receive resident status.

Please email our law firm at [email protected] so that we can without any obligation send you list of required documents, fees, etc. for you consideration.

Regards,

Ajay K. Arora, Esq.
