Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My mom's case has been approved (sponsorship of a relative). She has received her 6 month visa, but she is still in her country & getting ready to come here. I wanted to know when will she receive her green card?

She will receive her green card only when she is admitted to the United States on a valid immigrant visa within 6 months of its validity. Until then she is not a permanent resident yet.
