Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

My parents have an I-140 visa. We are in the process of getting a green card. I'm 16 years old, living in Florida. A lot of places around here hire people my age (drugstores, movie theaters, clothing stores, etc.). With the type of visa I have, am I allowed to work part-time in one of those places?

And what type of visa you have? You need to clarify your situation.

P.S. I-140 is not a visa. It's one of the petitions filed by the employer for a future employee's green card.
