Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My parents, me and my sister we all have asylum status, i know that we can apply to green card to gain Perminant resident status! we found information about it that we have to pay +1000$ per each person! my question is can we apply for green card for free, if yes How? Becouse right now we in hard time and we cannot afford

The filing fee is $1,010 per person over 14 ($600 for a child under 14, or $930 if over 79 years of age).
ALL applicants are required to pay a filing fee (including children), except for those who came to USA as REFUGEES. If you were granted an asylee status, you are required to pay the filing fee.
If absolutely can't afford it, can ask the USCIS for a fee waiver. However, it's in USCIS' discretion to approve or deny such requests depending on your financial and other situation.
