I have a permanent residency, I got a job on my native country, what do i need to get a re-entry permit for a year?, since after almost 3 years i cannot get a job

To apply for a reentry permit, one should use the USCIS form I-131.

However, please keep in mind that a permanent resident should establish residence in USA, pay taxes, etc.
