Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am Permanent resident; If I get a job in a US embassy abroad as a foreign National, can I file form N-470 to preserve my residence for naturalization purposes??
or form I-131, just take into account that I will be working not as a diplomat but for all means I will be working for the US embassy in other words the federal government. so I think I qualified for form N-470.
Please I need clarification.
Thank you...
