What passport? Of your native country?

As a permanent resident, you are not eligible to apply for a USA passport, but can apply for your national passport. You shall contact the Embassy of your country of citizenship in USA. Most countries do NOT allow to apply online, as they have to verify your identity, claim to citizenship, etc.
