Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I have received a letter from immigration with an intent to dent visa I-485. What is the best thing to do as far as documentation from photos, letters and evidence to appeal. The reason is they concluded our marriage is not established as a good faith marriage, due to the inconsistences doing the interview is how they stongly agree and we have entered this marriage for the primary purpose of circumventing the immigration laws of the united states. Me and my husband are in love and married until eternity for each other.

If you received an Intent of Deny your I-485, application for adjustment of status, now, you have an additional opportunity to submit evidence proving bona fides of your marriage (if this is the probem with your application). If you fail, you can be referred for deportation/removal and removed back to your country (unless you are in some other valid status, such as, F1 or H1B).

I strongly suggest that you and your husband at very least consult a lawyer, and better, hire a lawyer to submit an answer to the USCIS.
