How to replace my green card(allien registration card)or just apply for the u.s citizenship?

Depending on whether you have a conditional or permanent green card, the application to replace the card is either I-751 or I-90.

If you are eligible for US citizenship, you can apply for it, provided that you meet all naturalization requirements.

The answer depends on whether you need the card for work and/or if you are going to be leaving the US anytime soon. It takes 4 to 18 months to obtain citizenship. Generally, I advise filing for replacement I-90 and Naturalization N-400 simiultaneously. However, there are exceptions. I suggest to consult with an attorney about your specific case.
