The answer depends on whether you need the card for work and/or if you are going to be leaving the US anytime soon. It takes 4 to 18 months to obtain citizenship. Generally, I advise filing for replacement I-90 and Naturalization N-400 simiultaneously. However, there are exceptions. I suggest to consult with an attorney about your specific case.
