Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Respected Sir / Madam,

My Sister in law who is a US Citizen has petioned for her sister (my wife) and me under the Family F4 category (brother/sister) in October 2008. At that time we did not have any child so the child's name was not included in that petition. Now in November 2009 we have a one month old

baby boy (Born on 6th October 2009).

My question is that is there any procedure to add my son's name to this petition which was filed by my sister in law in October 2008.

Kindly let me know.

Thank You,

Mayur R Doshi.

Waiting time in this visa category is more than 10 years. You may have several other children born over the years. All of your children will be automatically included into petition as derivative beneficiaries as long as they are under 21 years of age.
