Say someone wants to sponsor my daughter in coming up to to usa but doesn't want me or anyone else to know their salary but dont mind immigration knowing.Could that work .

Could you please clarify? What do you mean "someone wants to sponsor" your daughter?
Did you or some other qualified relative already petition for her? If you petitioned for her - for what visa, and in what visa category? Was the petition approved already?
