Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I came to the USA in 1999 in a student visa and because of some family problem I could not continue my studies . Now I have a business and some properties . My question is since I am out of status for the past 8 years is there any way I can change status through E5 visa or any other way ?

If you are out-of-status you can't change status to EB-5. Whether you have any other legal immigration options, I suggest, you consult a knowledgeable immigration attorney.
