Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

I am a USC by birth and am married to an Ethiopian woman who has LPR in the US prior to us getting married. We would Like to adopt the son of her cousin and bring him to the united states. We would also like to try and get her cousin here as well. Is this possible, easily done? what is the time frame we would have to work with.

Both tasks are not easily done. The rules of adopting a child abroad are governed by international adoption laws. To bring a newly adopted child to USA - who is not an orphan - can take some time. You might want to consult a lawyer who specializes in international adoptions. As to brining to USA a cousin, this is almost impossible (as neither you, nor your wife can petition for her permanent residency).
