Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
My wife and I have been married for 5 years. I am a citizen. She has 3 children born here not mine. She was brought here 20 years ago as a minor from Mexico. I don't want to send her back to file for her green card. Quickest safest method to file?

If she had an illegal entry, then, even if a provisional waiver is approved, she must consular process. There are no legal alternatives currently, other than "245i" , but you would need a more in depth review of her case for that.
