Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
I'm applying for a Florida insurance license. One of the questions is " Have you ever been named in an adminstrative proceeding/action by any state agency or public authority or any other regulatory authority (including FINRA)(This would include fines, probation, restitution, restricted ot probationary licenses, cease and desist orders, suspension, revocation or denial.
I had a DUI in 1987 and had my drivers license suspended as well as fines. Are they talking about this or insurance license suspensions?
