Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
My auto insurance company is refusing to cover damage to my vehicle because I was driving for Uber at the time of my accident. Is there any legal standing that I can use to fight non-coverage?

Most personal automobile insurance policies exclude coverage for commercial use of the insured vehicle(s). You should have a local insurance coverage review your policy provisions. You should also get commercial auto insurance for the vehicle(s) used in your Uber businsess.

Unless you had a commercial auto policy, if you were working, you would not be covered by your personal policy.
