I just crashed my car but im two months behind on my payments... I have full cover w/ Allstate.. my question is: Will the insurance co. send me the check for repairs or will they send it somewhere else?

Actually, it is some respect depends on the extent of the damage and the amount owed on the car. For instance, if your car has been totaled, then they the bank gets the money to pay off the loan. If it is a fender bender with minor damage and the xar value after the accident is sufficient to cover the debt, then the check should go to you.
