Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
being sued for $10,000 from a car insurance co.
I am being sued for $10,000 by Progressive Auto Insurance for supposed medical bills for ''bodily injury'' the accident caused no damage, I was not ticketed. The woman has continually sued for falling in stores, hurting herself at work, etc. The case was filed 2 days before the 4 year statute of limitations expired. What do I do?
