tree damaged my car

Whos at fault if the niebors tree fell on to my car and did 8000 in damage?

The niebors ins. say not us. my homeowners ins. say not us and my car ins. say well fix but need youe 500 dollar ded. is that right.????

I feel like the whole blame is being placed on me why should I shell out 500.00 and I didnt do anything???

If this is a tree that grew naturally and was blown over by the wind or some other natural condition then no one is liable. If this is a tree that was planted by your neighbor or was put there by a previous owner and it fell for any reason then it is your neighbor's fault.
