What does the term '' all rights reserved '' at the bottom of a company web page mean ?

"All rights reserved" means that the owner of the text and art contained on the website is not granting any licenses to anyone to use its material without prior written permission.

The term "all rights reserved" refers to the rights granted under federal and sometimes state law copyright. In the case of a website federal jurisdictional matters will control in most cases. To use any of the materials on the website you must obtain permission from its owner or in some cases its assignee.
