e-mail Subscription

Can I sign up users for a subscription that emails them the New York Times best sellers list and LA Time best seller list. Then next to each book, give a link to my site where they can buy the book

I don't see a problem with that.

My only caveat is with mass mailing. There are specific rules for mass mailings. Off the top of my head, the mail must clearly identify the source of the mail, have a clear subject line, not be otherwise deceptive, and must have an "opt out" function which is enforced within some reasonable time. I'm sure you can 'google' search around for the exact rules.
