Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

my home owners association is telling me that there not responsable for the palm trees that are in the intrance to my comunity that sit 4' from my town house and are over 75' tall and there branches keep falling on my cars and my back patio.they told me that I need to move my cars from my driveway when I see a branch hanging down and that they claim the price for the repair to my wifes car is to high and it is a new camry.can I sue them for repairs to all my cars and my back payio roof and make them do something about the branches that cotinue to fall in the future.

First of all, this is not an intellectual property question. Intellectual property is patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related law.

Second, no one here can see your HOA agreement. The terms of the HOA agreement will dictate who is responsible for maintenance of the trees.
