Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
16 yr moving out while still in high school
Is it the best move to make by moving in with your best friend, who has said that it's okay with them, at 16 and still being enrolled in high school? (considering the circumstances of the current home life.)

You'd be considered a runaway if your parents didn't agree with it. You have no right to leave home if your parents don't allow it.
