Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida

A Adult and her adult child said harmful things to me

ok a mother came on the campous an droped her 18 yr old daughter off and the mother called me over and started cussing at me calling me a whore,bitch,cunt ect.. but i just walked away and the mother got out the car and the child started looking for something in the car and i got scard cuz the mother said she was gonna get me an kim has said she was gonna stab me and ring my neck but im getting charged with Battery and the mother is getting nothing what do i do.

Go to Court and present your defense. The old "sticks and stones" applies. You left out what caused you to be charged with battery, which is defined as "an unlawful touching." That could be your downfall. Contact a criminal attorney in your county before you are arraigned.
