Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
a situation
my friend just turned. she ran away when she was 17 and had v.o.p because of it . she has a warrant in fl. she now lives in NC. Can she get a job in nc with a warrant? Without getting picked up and towed off to jail while she is working? Is it possible that she pay off her warrants instead of going to jail?

Re: a situation
Most employers don't do background checks, so she probably won't get caught just by applying for work, but you never know. Since she's committed a VOP, she won't be able to simply pay off her warrants; she'll have to return to Florida and clear the warrants up.
