annual performance review

employee was never shared any concerns manager may have had during the review period and manager did not have any documentation to support any of the negative comments on the review. the review was based soley on her opinion. what recourse does employees have to have this injustice corrected.

Absent a contract that gives you rights, you have none for the issue you describe.
