Back pay

I was suppose to have my evaluation in Dec 2006, but didn't get it until June 2007. Am I entitled to back pay?

Generally, there is no legal obligation to provide back pay for a delayed annual evaluation. Typically, many companies provide it as a courtesy or benefit. The answer might be different if you have a written contract.
