Class Action
I want to sue a former employer either by civil or class action for wrongful termination. Am I able to represent myself and / or the class action party?

You can represent yourself in a suit against your employer on your own behalf though it is unwise. You cannot represent a class; you must have an attorney. If you would like to provide more details about the wrongful termination, please contact my office and I will be please to speak with you.
